Nuri Vitiello—President and Founder

Nuri is active in Border Patrol charities, including The Real Housewives of B.P. and BPA Family Network, of which she is the President and Founder. Nuri has been married to a BPA for 29 years, and she thinks she is very lucky to be married to a man who understands her need to give back. They have two children, Alexis and Ron.

For as long as she can remember, she has served in one way or another. Six years ago, during police-week in D.C., she was introduced to several widows of Border Patrol Agents. While she was there to welcome and comfort them, they ended up comforting her. Since that moment,  she has dedicated her time to give back to an agency her husband has proudly served for 32 years, and they, as his family, proudly support.

In 2011, Nuri started an informal social network called Real Housewives of B.P. Their primary focus is to be supportive of each other and collect donations should a spouse suffer her/his worse nightmare, line of duty death.

In 2017, Nuri started the BPA Family Network, a volunteer based not-for-profit organization (501c3). All volunteers are family members who have the passion and desire to make a difference in their community, without expectation of any type of remuneration.

According to Nuri, “our BPA’s protect our nation’s borders and we are their biggest fans and supporters!”
